1- Return policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of shipment. If you receive your order and are not completely satisfied for any reason you can return the item for a full refund or exchange. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the shipment, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
In the unlikely event that delivered item is faulty, damaged or different from the one you have ordered, we will offer to repair or replace the item, or if you prefer, we will give you a full refund.
2- Refund requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is faulty or damaged
- Product must be in original purchase condition, including all product documentation
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria have been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
3- Shipping return items
In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization. You will be responsible for paying for the cost of returning the items to us and insuring it while in transit. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the items are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found to us to be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then we may reject a refund.
Dubai Sparkle will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of your return or late delivery or cancellation of your order. Please make sure you retain all proof of posting documentation.
If the purchased jewellery has been in any way altered by the customer, another jeweller or any other third party, the lifetime warranty and the return policy will cease to apply, and the item becomes non-refundable and non-returnable.
4- Non-Refundable Items
The following items may not be returned for refund:
- Engraved jewellery items may not be returned
- Earrings are non-refundable due to Health and Safety reasons
- Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable
5- After your return is received
Once your item has reached our office we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item. The item will be inspected by one of our colleagues to make sure it meets all the required criteria set out in the above ‘Refund requirements’ section. If all criteria have been met, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days. In case you are expecting a return shipment, we will email you all the details of the return shipment once it has been dispatched.
